Website Terms of Use

Responsible website use, service information, intellectual property and your rights under Australian law.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Operator and application

This website is operated by Sai Balaji Group Pty Ltd trading as Cyvora Global Pty Ltd (Cyvora, we, us). Contact: info@cyvora.com.au.

These terms explain the permitted use of this website. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, confidentiality agreement or service agreement. Browsing does not itself create a paid services engagement.

Website information and enquiries

The site provides general information about cyber security services. It is not tailored technical, legal or regulatory advice. Decisions about your environment require a suitable assessment and an agreed scope.

Service descriptions describe potential scopes and deliverables. They do not promise certification, constant availability, a particular response time or the elimination of all cyber risk. Any service commitment must be agreed in writing.

The enquiry-brief tool copies text locally and does not send an enquiry. The Contact page can prepare a draft in your email application; you must send it to submit an enquiry. This website is not an emergency incident-reporting channel. Do not use it to submit incident evidence or request an urgent response.

Responsible use

You may access the site for lawful purposes and share links to its public pages. Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, misuse content or upload or transmit malicious material.

No permission to scan, penetration-test or attack this website or any third-party system is granted by these terms. Security testing requires express written authorisation from the relevant owner.

Content and intellectual property

Cyvora’s original text and design are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may retain or print content for your own internal reference, subject to any applicable statutory rights. Seek permission before commercially republishing substantial content or using branding in a way that implies endorsement.

Third-party fonts remain subject to their respective open-source licences. References to third-party products or organisations do not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Privacy and settings

Personal information and device storage are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You can manage Cyvora’s local preference record through Cookie Settings.

Australian Consumer Law and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Responsibility for loss or damage is determined under applicable law and any relevant service agreement. These website terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of liability or require you to indemnify Cyvora for browsing the site.

Updates and governing law

We may update these website terms and publish the revised version with a new update date. Updates apply to future website use; they do not retrospectively vary an existing service agreement.

These terms are governed by applicable Australian law. They do not restrict a statutory right to bring a complaint or proceeding in a competent jurisdiction.
