Who we are
This policy explains how Sai Balaji Group Pty Ltd trading as Cyvora Global Pty Ltd (Cyvora, we, us) handles personal information connected with this website and enquiries sent to us. Privacy contact: info@cyvora.com.au.
We aim to handle personal information consistently with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply. This policy does not replace any privacy notice or data handling terms agreed for a client engagement.
Information and how it is collected
When you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business details, contact details, enquiry and attachments. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and do not email passwords, identity documents or sensitive incident evidence without agreeing a secure channel.
The website’s hosting and access providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request time, requested pages and sign-in information to deliver, secure and manage access to the site. This is separate from the local tools described below.
The enquiry-brief tool processes text within your browser and copies it to your device clipboard only when you select the copy button. It does not submit that text to Cyvora. The Contact page can also open a prepared draft in your chosen email application; information is sent to Cyvora only if you send the email. The service-directory search runs within the page; it does not send search terms to an analytics service.
You can browse without providing your name where the platform permits. Enquiries can use a pseudonym where practical, but we may need contact or identity information to answer a request, verify an access request or provide a service.
Why information is used
We use enquiry information to answer your questions, understand requested services, communicate about an engagement and manage related business records. We may also use relevant records to address complaints, maintain security or meet applicable legal requirements.
We do not use the website to make automated decisions using personal information that significantly affect an individual’s rights or interests. No advertising pixels, behavioural profiling or third-party analytics are installed in the site’s authored pages.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be handled by people responsible for responding to your enquiry and by providers needed for email, website delivery, access control or security. Disclosure should be limited to what is required for the relevant purpose. Information may also be disclosed where required or authorised by law.
This website is published through OpenAI Sites and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and sign-in provider practices are separate from the site’s local cookie settings. Their own privacy notices apply to information they process in those roles.
Third-party websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices. Following a link does not mean Cyvora controls those practices.
Overseas processing
Website, sign-in and email providers may process information outside Australia. Processing locations and provider-specific retention periods for this deployment are being confirmed; we cannot currently provide a verified country list. Contact our privacy contact for available information before sending sensitive material. We will update this notice when those details are verified.
Where Australian cross-border disclosure obligations apply, we will address those obligations when selecting providers and disclosing personal information.
Security and retention
Personal information requires reasonable safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including controlled access and suitable handling arrangements. Do not assume ordinary email is an appropriate channel for sensitive client data.
Enquiry records should be retained only for the relevant business purpose and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements, then securely deleted or de-identified where appropriate. Hosting and sign-in records follow the provider’s applicable retention arrangements; no fixed provider retention period is represented here.
The local cookie-preference record expires after 180 days and contains no name, email, enquiry text or advertising identifier. If stored preferences cannot be used, the site continues without optional trackers.
Access and correction
To request access to personal information we hold about you, or to ask for a correction, email info@cyvora.com.au with enough detail to identify the relevant record. We may need reasonable verification of your identity. Do not send identity documents unless a suitable method has been agreed.
We will respond within a reasonable period. If a request is refused, we will explain the reason where required and the available complaint process. We do not charge to make an access request; any permitted access-related cost would be explained in advance.
Privacy concerns and complaints
Email info@cyvora.com.au with the subject “Privacy complaint” and describe the concern, relevant dates and the outcome you seek. We will acknowledge the complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will explain why and give an updated timeframe.
If you are not satisfied, or do not receive a response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, subject to its jurisdiction and complaint requirements.
Changes and contact
This policy is reviewed when the website or information handling changes. The current version and update date appear on this page. You can request a copy in an accessible format by emailing info@cyvora.com.au.
